As a marketer, do not fall a victim of procrastination, this simply means

postponing what you have to do today till another day, but the truth is,

tomorrow and the next will always come with their own challenges, and as a

newbie in the marketing world, trust me when I say, you do not want your duties

to pile up, once you pile them up, you won’t know where to start and you won’t

get it right, because the work will tend to hook you. For instance if you want to

create a flyer, do it now, if is traffic you need, generate them now, don't push them over to another day.


FREEBIES

As a newbie in online marketing, don’t ever seek free things, rather always go

for the best offers to grow your knowledge, and trust me , freebie is not

close to the best for you, you ask why? Freebies are crumbs and crumbs is

meant for ant, you deserve better to grow your knowledge. For instance most

YouTube videos are crumbs, although they provide background knowledge to

what you have to sell, but you’ll never get the full knowledge of what they are

giving. So if you want to grow fast in online marketing, invest time and

money in your knowledge, that way you get full value and not crumbs.

AVOID COMPETITION

Online marketing is a race, because every marketer is running to attain a

goal, but you should never compete. When you compete, you fail to follow

the framework and your focus will be how to outgrow your competitor or

what he/she is doing.
Look here, some people are doing

better than you in your business, instead of competing, why not celebrate

their wins, when you celebrate them, you get the opportunity to get one or

two strategies that can make you better. Celebrate their wins and watch yourself grow(win).
