Hello my nairaland friends, pls @ what age should a child be educated properly, becos i find out dat our parents and even schools are not help this issue |

I believe as soon as they start asking questions. .Children will start asking questions as young as 6 and many will start puberty as young as nine. So it is best you tell them when they are young. .Don't have to go into graphic details but the basics(like puberty etc) as he/she is hitting puberty and growing you explain to them about the nature of boys and girls relationships, sex etc. .And do not hold back, let your child be comfortable around you about sex because then you can teach him/her well and not let her go out and learn about sex from outside. |

I am in support of as soon as the child can understand fundamental body language. It can be as early as 1 year. Although the level of details involved might vary. |
