Former NANS Zone D Secretary General - Comrade Giwa Yisa Temitope paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academics of the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) Dr Olumide Olushola Mettilelu led by the Students' Union President Comrade Aderemi Balogun in the company of NANS executives on campus, Comrade Giwa congratulated him on his appointment as the Ag. DVC Academics of the newly upgraded institution, ‘’Sir I am interested in becoming the next NANS National PRO and I humbly seek your support and blessings towards my aspiration because you're our father and Mentor’’ he told Dr Olumide.
In his response, the Ag. DVC Academics appreciated them for coming and told the union leader that he has his full support towards his ambition.
He advised the young leaders to be good ambassadors and focus on developing themselves as well as adding value to their peers in their immediate environment which is part of their quota to nation-building. In attendance was the NANS JCC P.R.O - Comr. Akintona Timilehin pka Don Teamie, Chief of Staff to the NANS JCC Lagos Chairman Comrade Alimi Olamilekan, CPS to the NANS JCC Lagos Chairman Comrade Niyi, Vice-Chairman NAUS CMC Lagos Comrade David Paul Olubode, and Comrade Rahman Tijani.
