The Alaafin of Oyo has passed away but the numerous light skinned wives he took remains as a testimonial of his unwavering love for women especially the fair ones. Some former students of Federal Government Girl College Oyo shared how there used to be some form of apprehension amongst the fair students whenever the Alaafin visited the school as a parent or whenever he is invited as a special guest for their events.
