And why don't you an conducive environment and also give licence to this people that are operating this refinery so that they can do this refinering of crude oil in the good and right way and legally...it will create more jobs for the youths in the refinering bussiness..since the federal government cannot make it's own refinery to start working again... federal government apply wisdom in goverance
