It should be around 40k - 45k. This is because SSCE is for level 3 or 4. And that's the range for Immigration men at that level.

Ssce holder gets up to 50k bro ond and diploma gets up to 70k and bsc up to 100k above for most paramilitary

for civil defence ,immigration ,fire service and prison ,for bsc after training is 115k and after 6months is 120,121k ,there salary difference is just 1k 2k ...... 110% sure, my wife works with one of the parastertal

Yeah, I know. The figure I quoted is for SSCE not BSC/HND like you quoted. Anyway, I got my info from an acquitance that left the immigration service using SSCE.
