Hello nairalanders .. I need help .. have been battling with trust issues since I was 17 now I’m already 25 and it’s still happening..and f**king me up .. I’m always afraid of the unknown .. the fear of being betrayed , the fear of being cheated on .. I’m Sagittarius and introvert.. also I’m a loner.. all my relationship is getting f**led up because I Expect too much from my partners . I’m a cool guy and and I always expect everyone around me to be the same.. even if I tell my partner I trust them I still always keep an eye on them .. and it always result to me having issues with them .. I hate see my gal laughing too much with people .. I don’t know if it’s jealous or over protective or I’m just nagging over everything.. but this is really f**king me up and it’s becoming too much.. With any little mistakes a gal I’m dating does .. I always suspect my dem of cheating .. ever since have been dating .. all my relationship the gals have dated all complain about same thing that I complain too much.. it hurt me so badly cuz I always speak what’s on my mind .. Bcuz if I over look somethings I don’t like I will slowly drift away from the relationship.. please how do I end this feeling of always suspecting any gal I’m dating.. always wantin dem to be 100% perfect .. always acting needy and forming hard guy .. please I really need help .. have been batting this since I was 17 years old.
