I saw thousands of them jubilating about P.O.P sometimes ago, I can tell you for a free celebrate my pop in silence at early 2010 and besides i don't remember using my discharge certificate looking for jobs or whatever, I'm here doing my business and paying my workers without owing them.

Not laminated....its more like a nylon envelope...
Not silled but closed pretty cool and it protects the certificate against liquid substances too. I bought mine #100 then..
