Delta State Governor Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan yesterday failed in his bid to stop the cross-examination of prosecution witness of the Democratic People’s Party (DPP) in the Delta State Election Petition Tribunal.

Chief Great Ogboru, Democratic People’s Party governorship candidate (DPP), is in court challenging the victory of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan in the January 6th rerun election

The expert witness, Mr. David Goodwin, a forensic expert, had barely mounted the witness box when lead counsel to Dr Uduaghan (1st respondent) Mr. Wole Olamipekun (SAN) objected to the evidence on the witness on the ground that he was not listed in the petition.
