Khana Constituency II 2023: Group Woos Khana APC Leaders for Mene Zaa, List Qualities.


Nyo-khana Positive Change has advanced reasons the All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders, particularly Khana Leaderships should support the ambition of the Nyo-khana Political Infantry General, High Chief Ledum Adonis Deekae, to represent khana Constituency II in the Rivers State House of Assembly in 2023.

The group said MENE ZAA's antecedents, and his ability to transform vision and ideas into reality positioned him as the best candidate to represent Khana Constituency II.

Spokesman of the group, Comr. Manson Oscar, made the call on Sunday 1/5/2022, at his resident in PortHarcourt, while on a courtesy visit to High Chief Ledum Adonis Deekae, and to invite him to a lecture organized by Nyo-Khana Political Change with the theme “The Legislature, Changing Times and Nyo-khana Democratic Journey” slated to hold on Tuesday 17/5/2022 .

In his address, High Chief Ledum Adonis Deekae, MENE ZAA, is described as our only hope for true transformational leadership.

The students wing Coordinator of the group Hon. Comr. Fiito Jonathan also told the dignitaries present that the only tested individual with such gift and competence to transform Constituency II is MENE ZAA, who understands the plight of the people and possess the skill to engineer the needed development to his Constituency.

According to him, ZAA's leadership capacity had been sufficiently demonstrated, given the tenacity with which the Infantry General rolled out his vision and ideas to the benefit of Nyo-khana when he served as an aide to the former Deputy Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Kwanee Leyii.

He said the event will be held as part of the consultations to be embarked by the group Leadership in their bid to win the support of party members across various backgrounds and camps of Khana Constituency II.

The non-indigenes were not left in the call of Mene Zaa as the rightful and qualify candidate for the seat. Delivering the message of the non-indigenes leaving in Nyo-khana, Muhammad Abubakar, said “It is not by chance that we are gathered here today. It is because we agree totally that you are the personality amongst others that need to be engaged and identified with for the job.

“You are the real foot soldier who can go to the House and pass the message of Nyo-Khana to members of State House of Assembly and to other critical Government institution across the States.

“ We are going back to tell our people that the man, MENE ZAA, whom we all look forward to, has identified with us as important stakeholders in the journey to the next political dispensation" We need a fresh breath of leadership at this very moment in our Constituency.

“Mene Zaa is a round peg in a round hole. He has the spirit, capacity, tenacity, and experience to influence infrastructural projects to our favour and also has the requisite experiences to exhibit the good governance we all anticipate to witness. As electorates and especially now that elections will be done electronically, we are the critical component that can make this happen for us.”

In response, High Chief Ledum Adonis Deekae, thanked the Group for all that they have been doing even without meeting facially. He accepted to attend the event as slated and that he is not afraid to face any debates or any public interactions.

He promised to answer many clarion calls by many concerned individuals and lovers of Nyo-khana in making sure APC have a say come 2023. He further used the medium to call on the leadership of the party to let objectivity prevail in their choice of candidacy .

MENE ZAA finally appeal to the Group to go back to seek the face of God who givest power and assured everyone of coming out victorious at the party primaries as the standard flagbearer of our Party, the APC.
