2.He was supposed to head the Canadian Army, but was forced to resign after getting into trobule over historic sex allegations.

3.He retired on April 5 and then ran to Ukraine to 'volunteer'.

4.I suspect he was taking part in the battles, not heading any biolab. If there was a biolab, it would have long since been closed
