I made a mistake using NIPOST....the seller suggested speedaf and because I didn't have enough cash on me then, I opted for NIPOST.

The problem now is that since I can't get what I ordered for - I asked seller if he will be refunding me, he said he's not refunding me.

So I should leave my money for him?

I no even know if him scam, since the stuff isn't trackable.

Let me just have small patience, I will update this thread with everything and tag the seller.

Coz I'm tired of waiting...the not refunding part na em de vex me pass.
He ordered from AliExpress?

Just chill and keep going to the post office to complain. I have a feeling he is genuine and since you chose Nipost, you can’t request for a refund because he offered you a better option which you turned down.

I once got a package sent to me from Europe about 5 years ago, then I was serving in Oyo state and till now I didn’t receive the package because it was sent through Nipost and the sender didn’t pay for tracking.

I made a mistake using them.

But I'd like to know if it's possible that they have withheld package sent through them since last month.

It's over a month now and the tracking number isn't working either.
With NIPOST,it is very possible... DHL is not as expensive as pple think. E get why

Hi guys,

Let me start by mentioning Puskin here...

Good day Sir.

At least I have done transactions with you back in the day...(From the Betting thread)

Now back to the matter...

I want to call out a seller here.... but before I do, I would love to confirm something.

Is it possible for NIPOST to delay delivery of a package for over a month?

Like from Lagos to Abia state...

The package isn't from over seas ooo

Just From Lagos to Abia state.

Another question...

Is it true that NIPOST can't track packages sent via their platform because their server is down?

I would love to know before I proceed to call out the seller and post evidence of transactions made.

Thanks.

You no see guys like DHL and FedEx?

Even ordinary erand boy better pass that nipost sef.

Well. I tempted to say the seller scammed you
I have used nipost twice to receive goods
The recent one is from Ibadan to Jalingo, just like last two months or so--
It was a laptop I paid like 4000
Tell the seller to send you the image as packaged by in the nipost office before sending it.
Nipost. Will always attach a receipt to your package on it and write the name and address of receiver on the package. Let the seller show you this images
Although nipost can be funny. But they are doing well

So you're the one who suggested the courier service meant to ship ur item over and now that ur package hasn't been delivered, you've concluded the sender a scammer already. You should have let him send it through his preferred courier service. Besides do people still use nipost in this country? Cheap things always come with stress and frustrations.

Yes I chose the courier service - I never said the seller is a scammer.

I brought the matter here to confirm if it is really possible for NIPOST to delay items sent from Lagos to Abia for a month now.

I didn't order from overseas oooo

The package can't be tracked, nothing nothing till now.

My only anger with seller, is that I asked him if I don't get the package again... would he refund me? He said no.

To be honest, I've never had an experience like this before.

Even though NIPOST is bad, this stuff should be in Abia by now.

I don't want to conclude and call the seller a scammer.

I brought this here to know people's experience using NIPOST.

Just phone accessories sent from Lagos to Abia state and it has taken this long.

Okay, so if I don't receive the package...I should forget about my money?

Because I chose NIPOST?

Do u want him to refund what he has sent ?

If u happen to be the seller and u knew u sent it, will you refund the fee ? All this NIPOST tin , u shouldn’t have used it

Look at this way..

If I don't ever get the package nko?

I should move on and count my losses?

Yes, I shouldn't have used it. The mistake has already been done.

But as bad as NIPOST is, I don't think phone accessories should take this long(a month and few days now) to get to Abia.

Yes of course. If truly he did send d courier to you as stated, what's his business with a refund? U should sort it out with nipost if indeed he's shown u evidence of sending d item through them. Would you refund money for an item you already shipped to someone before if it were you? Be sincere to yourself.

You are a very unreasonable fellow?
You admitted to choosing NIPOST instead of the faster and more reliable delivery method the seller suggested and now that your package is delayed or lost, you want the seller to refund you. Are you a thief? Didn’t he give you a receipt and tracking number to confirm that he indeed sent something to you through NIPOST? The best you can do is either go to NIPOST to verify the receipt he sent you, wait or forget the phone accessories completely.

Which kind nonsense be this?!

I ordered something fromaliexpress on March 9

It arriver Nipost 2 weeks later and the delayed the goods until April 5.

Are you sure the seller actually sent the package?
Go back to NIPOST office and confirm if that receipt, the seller sent you is 'real', because the tracking number ought to work since it's still new.

Next time just use any of the transport company, you will get the item the following day or even same day.

You have forgotten that nipost workers are government staffs, so useless

Even to sell stamp for you on the counter na wahala

Luck may shine on you to get your item if the merchant didn't scam you

Using nipost has complicated the issue

You're big fool.

Here's why you're a fool..

I told seller to use NIPOST...now he sent me a receipt.

How do I confirm this receipt is legit?

Secondly, the tracking number on the receipt doesn't work.

And for over a month now, I haven't gotten a message, no package received, I can't track it.

I have been to post office here. They don't have the package.

This is not my first of receiving anything via NIPOST.

If you were in my shoes, you would do worse.

If you don't have anything to say, just shuut up.

You're looking who for who will support your stupid opinion.

I don't want to tag the seller yet..let me be patient, until I don't get the goods by next week.

Next time think before you comment..

I know say na this comment you quote, na wetin you take form your own stupid opinion then write up this rubbish you spilled here.

You sound like ipob/ esn/ugm

You are just transferring aggression on something that's entirely your fault.

Next time keep your money if what you want to buy isn't in abia till you get money for reliable courier

But you can Take the guy to court then

No, as the man was packaging everything

Okay.

The package is phone case and tempered glass for redmi phone.

I don't think this stuff is heavy.

1500 for waybill.

The receipt is stamped with my name, address, phone number written on it plus the seller name and phone number.

Bro, to be honest ehn, you're actually being unreasonable as someone said up there.. You were the one who asked the seller to make use of Nipost and he did as you requested.. If he had used another courier service aside the one you requested then he is obliged to make a refund but he did what you asked him to do so I don't think he's at fault in anyway..

And you said this is not your first time using NIPOST, so therefore you should be able to identify a fake receipt from a real one..

Oga, I don't think the seller has any fault here.. Just take the receipt to NIPOST so as to confirm the authenticity..

Another thing you can do is, send a mail to nipost complaining about the issue and see what they say. You can also upload the receipt to them to know if it's real or fake...

But in all honesty, if it was me, I would not take liability for the loss (especially if I know I genuinely sent the item in question) cos I asked for a better courier service but you insisted on what you wanted. Now it has bleeped up, you want to put the blame on me? Nah... It doesn't work that way bro
