She isn't called an Empire of lies for nothing. She needs a sweet excuse to venture into the war so as to distract the citizens of what is really happening here. America is $31 trillion in debt, countries are selling off their treasuries, which will find it way back into the US thus, causing hyper-inflation. China has closed all its ports, so no shipping from China, add the gas and oil prices going up. The citizens are starting to see how inept the Govt is. SO, they are making up propagandas in trying to goad Russia to strike them first and then they can use that excuse to start a war to divert the citizens attention from whats really happening in their yard. Russians are smarter tho and can see through it all.

No Russia explicitly said first is Ukraine a member of NATO .NATO said no and ukraine membership was rejected.
Then Russia said it would respond to any NATO country that involved in the war
Of which NATO has not involved itself.

NATO has claimed it is supply or selling weapons to ukraine.this does not amount to involvement necessitating a strike.ukraine has tried to directly involved the USA and Europe through all forms(this is due to the fact that it is loosing seriously) though.maybe a miscalculation on the part of NATO would result but until then
