For me I would prefer building my own house cus 1. E no make sense for me to use my money buy Second hand house wey people don enjoy finish .that freshness go don disappear 2. DEPENDS. If I have enough money, I will definitely build my residential house for sure. And buy some property as an investment. OP they do sell new mansions naah. |
