My problem is, my data connection can't go mins without interruption during my stream. The funny thing is, d data won't off.. It will be there ON. But the connection isn't there, till I off/on it again.


Now about off/on. On my previous brand, when I off/on to refresh network... The reconnection is immediate.. Here I hv to close down the app and restart it, cos I will keep getting connection error on my screen.

And lastly, I think this started happening after I updated to the latest software of the phone.

I look forward to getting help around this. Cos initially I thought it was my netwk provider, but I hv tried all know available netwk in Nigeria.

9mobile isn't even working on it at all. Instead of displaying LTe, it's Hsdpa and still don't even login to the game.

I always said it, be ready to factory Reset your phone after any major software update.. Major as in if you upgraded from a lower version to the latest version of OS.. This should solve it

there is no ip and port. Someone helped me with a tweak. He just turned on the private dnd. Using Google. Com

Lol, you have not seen anything yet. With time it will start hanging and messing up no matter the size of RAM they claim to put in it. Then finally it will enter dead boot. The network signal can also go off completely and permanently without solution. All these problems are very peculiar with Xiaomi phones. Visit their thread on Nairaland and see many complains from disgruntled users.

Their marketers will soon flood here now to attack me and defend their product. FYI, I also own a Redmi device and I know the shit I am passing through with it. The guys on the Xiaomi thread know me very well because I have been a thorn in their flesh ever since they convinced me to buy their Xiaomi bullcrap.

Just like me, I was using an infinix device before and it was serving me well until I decided to try Xiaomi due to the way they have been hyping it. But right now I can't really see any difference between the two brands. Their major bragging rights before was that Xiaomi makes use of Snapdragon processors which are far more superior to the mediatek infinix and Tecno were using. But Xiaomi company have also embraced mediatek processors now and their stupid marketers and hypemen are silent.

This is not a Redmi issue but Nigeria network generally...

I have same issue for like 2 weeks of buying my Redmi note 11 Pro, I thought it was a redmi issue but after some online search to tweak my network, its doing pretty well... This is my 3rd Redmi and I have never have issues with none of them.

Please always research before generalising

* Force restart your phone multiple times..
* or download the full rom and reflash
* check your internet connection access point remove the ip adress and port
* if above all nothing worked wait for another update to fix it the bugs
* or backup and factory reset your phone..
