So maybe sterling bank has direct agreement with startimes to bycut dat charge

Formally shall dey use not to be any charges in any of those banks, dey was a time i was even using my master card via PAGA

Dont't be deceived nothing like swap .They will only collect your decoder and you still pay 5900..Buy combo @5900 without dish and dash someone the old one.
