Did you read the RULES of this forum at all? Even if you claim you did, still I'm not convinced. The RULE was very clear on the issue that no one should spam the thread. Here you are spamming and encouraging others to do likewise claiming that Nairaland is a public forum. That's why we can't have a better life in Africa. If you are in government, I believe you will squander public resources hence it is not an individual's. If a question have been answered 2 pages back and the same question is asked again and again and the house refuse to answer. What do you call that? Exploration? You that is speaking for those who have unanswered questions, let me tell you, their question will always remain unanswered because if you don't know - they are spamming. Do you know that in some other forum where the moderator is very active, spamming can bring about one being banned? I guess when you're banned for spamming that's when you'll stop it and also stop encouraging others.
