Duties and Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will:
* Independently plan, develop and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy that increase the company's search engine results rankings
* Create, update and write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
* Identify weaknesses or deficiencies, make recommendations and implement efficient marketing strategies solutions in a timely manner.
* Develop, implement and manage social media plans and programs strategy on social media platforms to identify and acquire customers
* Generate, publish, share and monitor daily/weekly content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
* Optimize company’s pages within each social media platforms to increase the visibility of company’s social content and brand
* Improve by continuously monitoring, capturing and analyzing social media and SEO data/metrics, insights and best practices, and taking the necessary actions
* Provide monthly and quarterly social media and SEO metrics reports and insights
* Create and send regular monthly email newsletters
* Brainstorm new and creative marketing growth strategies
* Collaborate with the team members and other departments
* Hold scheduled meetings with the firm’s marketing team
* Any other activities mandated by the company

Requirements (Experience/Qualifications):

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Social media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills
- 2 or 3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO strategy and social media marketing campaigns
- Understanding of digital marketing and SEO algorithms and ranking methods
- Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of website, ads, and digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Excellent computer skills required including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Team player
- Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage
Travel Requirement: Infrequent.
