Well, I'm not going to waste your time writing epistles.
Simply put, Simon Ekpa took charge of IPOB because the ipob DOS led by Chika edoziem and chinasa Nworu abandoned the ESN in the bush in a bid to negotiate for Kanu's release. Simon Ekpa and Dr Nelly saw the loop hole and funded the guys and took charge.
Remember that Dr Nelly controlled ipob USA which is the main fund raiser of ipob and took away the contribution from ipob DOS which ab initio used the umu eri account.
So presently Simon Ekpa declared a 3 three day sit at home presently enforced by gun men. So here we are today.
Well the worst states affected are those into trading esp Anambra and Abia. Anambra already has alternative by moving most businesses to asaba. Aba being a manufacturing place and full of artisans can't move their installed machines and therefore has no fall back to either portharcourt or Ikot Ekpene.
Enugu people are mostly civil servants and won't be much affected, same with imo
Ebonyi people are more of farmers so they won't even feel it.

I don't believe this, each state are responsible for the UGM in their states. Those arrested in imo have always been 100% from imo just like other states. So it's a mere propaganda, no Igbo state is a Saint in this if not it won't be happening

Stop writing rubbish! Simon Ekpa is not forcing anyone to follow him!! Just as folks followed Kanu because they believed in his gospel, so have they followed Simon Ekpa. It's very simple! All these Ebony vs Enugu vs Anambra cock and bull analysis is nothing but absolute balderdash!

When The Kenyan idiots arrested Kanu, the socalled DOS took over. They did their best but were not as emphatic and radical enough as the followers wanted. Most folks gravitated towards Simon basically because of his doggedness! You may not like him but give him that credit.

You should be more worried with the fact that most Igbo youths prefer agitators that are more militant in their approach. That should worry you more than this your laughable mgbati-mgbati attempt at devide and rule.

Yeah, for sure. It's all a smear campaign. Even the least unintelligent person will know that insecurity can't persist in a place without the natives involvement. Just like the way boko haram menace was blamed on the south until it became obvious is same well this one will soon be
