Barcelona want to bolster their attack with one of the best strikers in European football. Robert Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich and Barca want to take advantage of the circumstances.

The comments made by the Bavarians do not lead to much optimism that the Pole will move to the Camp Nou this summer. Bayern insist that Lewandowski has to see out his contract, which ends in June 2023.

Barcelona have been, and are, the team most interested in getting hold of the forward. It is for that reason that, after reaching a pre-agreement with the player, they will negotiate with Bayern Munich.

'Mundo Deportivo' reports that Barcelona have said they will spend a maximum of 35 million euros on the Polish striker. Anything more than that amount will be too much for the La Liga side.

In the coming days, negotiations will begin between the two clubs, or there will be an approach at least. The thing is that Barcelona have not spoken to Bayern about Lewandowski yet.
