Is the sound rotational, as in does it correlate with road speed, and increase the faster you drive? |

I recall in the other thread, you say it's more of a "roaring" sound, similar to a leaking exhaust. It's possible you've got a leak, between your exhaust downpipe and exhaust manifold. Under hard acceleration, there is a tendency for the engine to tilt backwards (towards the bulkhead / firewall). If the seal between the exhaust downpipe and manifold aren't absolute, the partial seal will be broken each time the engine twists on its mounts. How solid are your mounts, do you get any excessive vibration / engine movement? |

yes, the faster i drive, the more the sound increases. also i feel a small throbbing/vibration in the accelerator and brake pedal when am speeding and its as if its in sync with the roaring noise,wch am complaining abt |

I would suggest you start from manifold as Siena mentioned , then get someone to watch the exhaust pipe as your rev your engine. I think you will find a small leaky crack on muffler or pipes |
