Hello everybody. So I registered for a course at NOUN and I paid a large sum into my e-wallet (the portal) since about ending december and because of work stress and other things I haven't paid the school bills and start the program but the money is in the wallet. Now I really need some money for something urgent and I really seriously need to access that money but I don't know how to go about it. Please any idea on how I can recover part of that money will be highly appreciated. Thank you. |
