This guy was just caught in University of Benin Teaching Hospital(UBTH) after stealing an Android phone belonging to one of the security personnel of the hospital. He was apprehended at the back gate by some security men who had been alerted of the situation as was captured by the CCTV CAMERA. Luck ran out of him when he returned back for a second round of stealing attempt after selling the first phone. 1 Like

This is a greedy theif ......He still came back for another theft... After the first succesfull one. Wait.... Why do theives always look innocent after being caught? |
