I saw a video on the web space of a group of women in church singing "carry me dey go my husband house" and quite frankly, it brought to my memory the words written in Isaiah 4:1 lol ...

Truth is, in as much as women love to believe whatever the hell they want to believe, lots of women are really desperate to have a husband, and that's a fact! You'll see them in different churches, screaming "AMEN" at the top of their voices anytime a pastor says "this year, you will enter your husband's house" ....

You'll see them carrying the pictures of different men to various prayer houses and shrines, so that it can be used as a point of contact for their divine settlement ....

You'll see them using menstrual blood or vag.i.na water to prepare food for the guy they want to get married to ....

Now, I'm not saying women desiring Marriage is a bad thing o, but it's one thing to desire something, it's another to have what it takes to getting what you desire...

Women want a certain kind of men, but they have no idea what that man wants in them...

I don't think females have come to the understanding that men and women are different and that they both want different things from each other....

In other words, I don't think women know that, what they find attractive in men is NOT the same things men find attractive in women...

Ask any woman the kind of man they want for a spouse, I assure you, they'll be a very long list, but if you ask them what they think men want in women, you'll be lucky if you see more than 3lines ....

Women think that being a career woman or "being strong and independent" it automatically makes them "wife-able", nahhhh ...

1. Peace and Respect....
Any woman who can give a man peace and respect will inevitably be seen as a wife material in a man's eyes. A friend was deported last year from Germany with his wife and kids because his employer wont give him a good contract that the immigration wanted, but such deportation would have been avoided if his wife herself was working and the family could apply as her dependants.

Now Imagine the kind of friendship between a lion and a goat. The goat will always get into trouble (eg being hunted by other predators) and the lion will always rescue it, but the goat can't rescue a lion if a lion ever get into trouble, only another lion (or a tiger) can do that. My point is that to be a supportive wife, you must be a earning and strong, which gives you the power to be truly supportive.

A new government regulations can be enacted, and the industry of your husband's source of income will be wiped off overnight. It would be a tragedy for the whole family to crumble just because all the weight of livelihood is on the man. Such a woman is not an asset, but a burden. So a supportive wife is really really REALLY important. Non negotiable.

Wonderful thread. I commend the serenity and maturity with which opinions are laid out . I read all through and I pick a thing or two. However It would have been easier this sincerity is practiced in the real world.
