i find it very annoying that since i got to this state called delta and to the capital i have not seen one drainage system anywhere except for the one on the expressway (in pidgin) if the rain wey fall for lag fall for asaba ehen all d house go float oh no drainage system anywhere, in fact asaba would be history

some one should pls ask d gov and his ministry of environment wats up they are just chopping money
