Have you heard anything about a spiritual problem called Sleep Paralysis? I've had some experiences on this topic many years back and I'd love to share it including what I applied as solution.

REMEDIES:

Write a letter to Him and tell Him your problem in prayers. His Words are written on physical praying materials such as candles, incense, perfumes, etc if your faith permits their uses.
