am doing my masters in UK presently, myself and my ex-husband re not together as at the time i was applying for my student visa but i still put it in my details dt am still married to him because i do not have divorce paper and cos his name was on my passport as my Surname. i have 2 girls for him, my children's father has been in CANADA even before i travelled or apply for student visa. i informed him about intention to get the visa and asked for Consent letter & data page of his passport for the children. but he sent d data page and covered all information’s on it. i couldnt go further on the children application and i did my own Visa alone. till now my Children’s father has not given me both the consent letter and Data page. pls what can i do? what other means can i use to apply for my children. I and the children did Tuberculous Test in January and i travelled in March. thou Am February intake in my school. However, we started having dis family issues immediately after we submitted Canada application, still we finally separated. and he/his parent's never look for either the children or Me.

Please I am confused, I have started my application process in the several Uni(s) I am applying to in UK, but I have a lil problem, I read somewhere that I must apply for the UK Visa 6 months before the start of my course, which means I must start on or before June, as I am looking forward to the January window.

But I haven't got my transcript which I have already applied for before the NASU strike started.

Do I still have a chance to apply for UK Visa (with January resumption in mind) if Nasu happens to call of the strike say in June or July?
