Keep practicing in silence, keep picking up the badges; the certificates, the experience, the everyday assignments, most importantly keep serving, keep connecting with the people that matter in your career field, your moment to be promoted will eventually come. Be intentional. People are watching you. Your promotion will likely come via a recommendation, from someone somewhere who is watching your growth
