Solution – Increasing The Effective EV Charging Stations All Over The World by Jasicca5r5: 5:39pm On May 25, 2022
Whether the United States can achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 is largely dependent on our love of cars: They are the predominant mode of transportation in the United States, while ridership on trains, buses, and other forms of public transit is negligible.

Alternative modes of transportation are limited, and automobiles are embedded in American culture. This makes the use of electric vehicles an attractive carbon reduction strategy. To attract more people to purchase electric cars, the United States must improve its charging station infrastructure.

The Rising Need For EV Charging Stations

There are approximately 42,490 public EV charging stations in the United States, including Level 2 chargers (which take around an hour to charge for 10 to 20 miles of range) and DC Fast chargers (taking about 20 minutes of charging for 60 to 80 miles of range). In comparison, the United States has over 115,000 gas stations, the majority of which have several pumps.

By establishing grant and incentive programs for state and local governments and private enterprises to create 500,000 charging stations throughout America's highways and in hard-to-reach towns by 2030, Biden's plan would boost the number of charging stations by more than tenfold.

Government’s Role In The Development Of EV Charging Stations

The Biden administration's overall plan to put the United States on a path to net-zero emissions by 2050, as well as its more immediate goal of limiting catastrophic climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50 to 52% relative to 2005 levels by 2030, includes the transition of American car drivers to electric vehicles.

Increasing the prevalence of EV charging stations to the level of gas stations might help change this, but it is only one piece of the issue. Even more crucial is expanding the availability and accessibility of home and workplace charging stations, where experts anticipate the majority of people will ultimately charge their vehicles.

Importantly, home charging is the most essential; this is where the greatest number of charging stations will be required. It is the cheapest and most convenient option.

In addition to constructing public charging stations, the Biden administration intends to propose expanding tax incentives for private infrastructure for home EV chargers as an incentive for individuals to install them.

Experts believe that this is essential; making charging station access equitable — ensuring that they are affordable and accessible — is just as crucial as raising the overall number of charging stations.

Both are feasible but require substantial government expenditure. As with the rest of Biden's program, the fate of this proposed network of charging stations may depend on the outcome of bipartisan infrastructure as it has been approved recently.

Private Sector Has The Solution

With the rising demand for EV charging stations throughout the world, major private firms are coming up with the required infrastructure and technology to develop charging stations in the U.S and the rest of the world.

Azardio is one such firm that has taken the responsibility of establishing a wide network of charging stations for EV owners in different parts of the world. It is a UK-based firm founded by Michael Davis.

Michael Davis began his career in management in a rather unconventional manner; he passed the New York bar and then attended business school. Since that time, he has worked for a number of Fortune 500 firms. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Azardio. His work ethic is unparalleled, and his input will assist this project to achieve unprecedented success.

Under the leadership of Michael Davis, Azardio is constructing a global network of EV charging stations in many places. In the beginning process, Azardio EV charging stations will be available in the Philippines, United States, Italy, France, South Korea, Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, India, Malaysia, Nigeria, and South Africa.

After that, the company intends to expand the infrastructure to all major countries worldwide.
