Consensus is the only way to keep the party intact if not, things could be scattered after the primary

This your opinion is quite funny.
Please explain to us, maybe you know better.
How consensus be the only way to keep the party intact.

Let every candidate go to the primary and test his popularity.

Why would a few of us select for all of us, imposing their own will on the generality of people.
Things are not done this way.

Voice of reason says, let election be conducted but freely and fairly. Whosoever wins is supported by the losers.

Now if a consensus is to be taken, who will step done for the other without any rancour, mummuring and course cases?
Abi you don't know this is the precondition for arriving at a consensus?

More like the more you look the less you see style of politics this northerners are playing

They are not Tinubu, they won't put all the cards on the table .
Buhari made it clear that he has a preferred candidate . When the mago-mago is played behind the scene and the preffered candidate emerges, Make some mumu people in bourdilon no cry foul play ..

See the way they are celebrating as if Tinubu just won the ticket. grin Primary election that will be rigged in favour of Buhari’s candidate. But some people are truly gullible sha. They are dancing because Adamu said something they all wanted to hear. grin

Tears loading for Tinubu supporters... grin

Can you tell us the result of the primary that brought Fashola in as a Governor in 2007. You guys dont like the taste of same medicine that you feed others.

If you know a thing about politics, you won’t be advocating for APC to impose someone as consensus instead of conducting a credible primary election. Consensus will ruin the party at this point. The only way to keep APC intact is for the party to conduct a free, fair and credible primary election.

Obviously you don't know what concession is. If even 1 out of the 28 candidates refuses to step down it is no more a concession. The opposite of concession is imposition which is what you are unknowingly clamoring for. And obviously nothing scatters a party more than imposition. If elections are conducted on the other hand at least each person would have tested his popularity (or his financial war chest by Nigeria politics), the loss would be easier to take in such a circumstance. Even though there might be aggrieved individuals here and there after that, but would be far less than when you do an imposition.

SW dominating the Apc presidential candidates is a tactics for the candidates to garner support all over the country and then back out at the last minute to support the preferred candidate.

No loudness on that

But there are only 2 south west candidates garnering support all over the country, others are doing theirs online. So which of of Osinbajo or Tinubu is stepping down for the other at the last minute? Because these are the only 2 south westerns that have support all over the country

Do a free and fair primary and everybody will be fine with the outcome, lose or win.

It was the same method that galvanized PMB/APC to dislodge PDP in 2015.

BAT wins this!
The first step to presidency which APC took in 2015 was their credible primaries - it was free and fair and also devoid of rancor. This won them a lot of supporters having seen how pdp does its own.

So the best bet is to allow a credible process and allow a winner to emerge.

I'm sure this Adamu prefers Tinubu too. I see Tinubu winning.

Unfortunately, in Nigeria, under your miserable leader Buhari, there is nothing like free, fair or credible anything. Know that and know peace Kadoso Mutairu. Know that and know peace.

The only reason Adamu is talking this is because of the electoral act and Tinubu has not agreed to it. If Tinubu agrees today, APC will harass the other aspirants to submit to write that they agree with consensus. Including Bakare who bought form and went back to his church.

what concern God with tinubu or even politics as a whole. All this grandpa and corrupt minded beings that will play with your future. Even the so called pastor shouldn't be tagged in the same sentence as God. yeah we all have that one person we support due to one reason or another, but no Nigerian with a clear conscience will ever support this current breed of politicians. They are all after their selfish goal whether it is a pastor or imam in politics, christian or muslim, they are all the same self centered selfish grandpa's.

God oversees everything.
