So sorry, I'd suggest you start with the easy and simple solutions first - Squatting. Squat till your waist bends enough to create the perfect arc that'll make your backside look big in tight outfits.

Edit: As for being an athlete, forget about it (this is my candid opinion) except you are into swimming and jogging where it most definitely will be ample motivation for boiz to join. You can engage in other sports that dont involve bouncing; like golf.

I believe if you lose weight, your breasts will reduce too. If you put the weight back on, they will grow bigger.

Please don't do surgery for what is sssentially a vanity project when it's not that you are sick and actually need treatment that requires surgery. A million and one things can go wrong during surgery reminds me of Stella Obasanjo that went to do Tummy tuck in Germany with all the money death was the result. So please, perish this idea.
My suggestion, Like yourself the way you are, embrace your big breasts and adjust your ambition accordingly to fit your physique and be happy the way you are. Its not compulsory to do sports or modeling to be fulfilled. There are a thousand and one other career paths you can try. Just find tour comfort zone that doesn't require you changing your genetical traits. It's never a good idea
