A Nigerian Psychologist, Jude Steven has explained that sending wishes and messages to your loved ones can have positive psychological benefits. According to Jude, sending well-wishes to loved ones can help reduce stress levels, improve moods, and boost overall well-being. He made this claim in a webinar organized to appraise the positive effects of sending greetings and well-wishes to loved ones. “Our findings suggest that sending positive messages to loved ones can be a simple and effective way to improve our health,” said Jude Steven. “This is especially true during times of stress or when we are feeling down.” He also mentioned that one can easily generate greetings and well-wishes for free using some wish generator websites . “So next time you’re feeling stressed or down, take a few minutes to send a wish or message to your loved ones. It just might make you feel better, ” he added. Source: https://www.sunnewsonline.com/expert-highlights-positive-effects-of-sending-wishes-messages-to-loved-ones/ |
