On the alleged withdrawals from the US dollar account belonging to government, leading to the allegation of N96 billion Naira fraud, the Wike government deliberately withheld part of the information in order to deceive the unsuspecting public. “While the government has shown the state’s US dollar account where money was withdrawn from, the government mischievously refused to report that there was a corresponding naira account belonging to the State Government where the proceeds of the foreign currency withdrawn was exchanged and paid into.” Wike the scammer and deceiver. |

''The Supreme Court also reemphasized this position in the Amaechi case that a commission of Inquiry is a fact-finding body, and its purpose is investigation to find or gather facts on any subject of inquiry. In doing so, it is not trying Rt. Hon. Amaechi or any person of any misconduct or crime, it does not engage in the trial of any person for anything.” Thank you for the clarification. The money your father paid for your school fees did not waste. |

Mr. Magnus is the governor Rivers state never had. The current flag bearers of PDP and APC are not the quality of persons Rivers need as their leaders. PDP'S candidate, the accountant general of the state, is primarily to cover the track of Wike if allowed to be forced on the state as the governor. The APC candidate was hand picked by Amaechi and not the leaders of APC. Rather the leaders were made to sign an undertaking to keep mum even if an slowpoke/slowpoke was chosen. They were gagged and one man (Amaechi) singlehandedly pushed him down the throat of all the APC gubernatorial aspirants. Oh...Rivers state which way to go. Mr Magnus Abe would have been the way! |

TheGoodJoe:Did you observe that your Amaechi is a trained criminal? Which law prohibits Rivers State from maintaining a dollar account? Amaechi withdrew dollars, sold them in black market at an inflated price, then paid naira into Rivers account using government exchange rate. Some of you deliberately refused to understand the fact of the matter. Who sells dog to buy cat? Who does that? |

Josepholome:When Wike said the fate of Amaechi about the alledged fraud lies in the hands of the Elders, I quickly know he's stolen his own too and was looking for a way out so that if the next governor wants to probe him, he'll have something to reference, that he didn't probe Amaechi, so let them let him go. So, it's a win win kind of scenario. |

chrisxxx: Speculating without facts. That period, there was a challenge in getting budget due to Goodluck fighting Amaechi and Amaechi decided to use the assets to supplement the budget. He will not use dollars as our budget expenses and sold the assets for this. The money was converted to dollars and appropriated into our budget in the State. |

All these sponsored faceless people sef...how did the Supreme court ruling vindicate Amaechi...The court has given Rivers the go ahead to prosecute the case that's the important things, all those other interpretations to skew the main ruling is simply balderdash. Anyways time will tell, the Rivers state government is preparing her document to commence full blown prosecution of the case in court..Amaechi will get served as he deserve. Amaechi and Sahara limited/ Cole should explain to Rivers people how they sold and bought Rivers state power plants without any form of public bidding and valuation and yet $50M moved from Rivers account to Sahara account as against the other way round. And this same Cole is thesame person Amaechi is fronting as governor for Rivers state. |
