A young Zambian man identified as Chris Kalenga was allegedly murdered by his own wife yesterday, June 4.

It was gathered that the woman picked up a knife and stabbed her husband multiple times in their compound, thus leading to his death.

A source confidently told salemgists that trouble started when the husband and the wife came back from a drinking spree.

Upon their return to the house, the husband picked up a quarrel with his wife, which resulted in a serious fight. She then stabbed him to death with a knife she took in the cause of the fight.

As at the time of this report, the woman had been arrested by the Zambian police while the man’s lifeless body was deposited at the mortuary.
