MP for SISSALA WEST Constituency, Upper West Region In Ghana while discussing on the Good Morning Africa show on Pan Africa TV stated that it was only a matter of time before Ghana will eventually face the same predicaments Nigeria is currently battling if they don't learn.

He described Nigeria as a mirror to the Ghanain society, and that if Ghana doesn't learn from the current challenges of Nigeria, it may end up on the same unfortunate path.

Ghana is similar to Nigeria in culture, politics, religion and so much more, and if Nigeria which is larger in land mass, larger in population and human resources keeps battling with security, economic, and religious problems day in day out... Ghana should not just fold her arms and watch, Ghanaians must watch and learn

Ghana is going to face nothing similar to the nonsense here. This country has not been overrun by insurgents, this country is just unfortunate to have as a president, a man who places little premium on human lives and obviously has a soft spot for tribal fanatics from his ethnic group, who kill for fun. I don't see that happening in Ghana since Jerry Rawlings have done an incredible work of putting Ghanaians on a strong political footing, in terms of electing reasonably sensible humans as their leaders. Nigerias security agencies have the capabilities to eradicate the bloody activities of the Fulani herdsmen. What is lacking is the political will from the government to do so.
