Mr. P, a popular Nigerian singer, has implemented a "no PVC, no access" policy in his home and business. On Monday, June 6, the 40-year-old musician made this declaration in a post on his Twitter page. He declared that no one will be allowed to visit his home or workplace unless they first display their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) to his security.
