This is the same line a friend of mine used. He said Anambra was a mess when this man became governor. Their teachers were owed one year salary. Criminals and agberos everywhere. Onitsha which was the major source of income to the state was a mess. Schools were in shamble. He said a lot. Peter cleaned the state before leaving but the main he said was this.
