Our key element of buying BLCO is a seller whose bank can send RWA to buyer's bank requesting assurance/guarantee of receiving LC for total quantity of cargo after shooting 1-2% PB by swift to buyer's bank. Buyer's bank will will respond within 48hrs. Seller posts his 2%PB and receive full LC for the cargo. Nomination and loading of vessel starts after these exchange of PB & LC respectively. We do TTO @ Republic of Benin Free water zone, Coit d' Voire or Ghana. We also do CIF also. We're not interested in POP, Letter of Authority to Sell and all the rest.

For Forcados Light Crude Oil; We only shall require vessel name and vessel Master details to communicate with him through our vessel Master. We then give you our vessel documents and evidence of charter payment, you take our superintendent of cargo on board your lading vessel for physical confirmation of cargo. We shall thereafter issue you a bank-endorsed LPO as soon SC confirmed cargo. Seller's vessel sails to mutually-agreed point of transshipment within Lagos water. Transshipment takes place. We pay by electronic wire transfer of cash directly into all bank accounts reflected in the SPA.
