We are looking out for a Customer Service Specialist/Ticketing Officer for a Travel and tour agency.

Location: Ikota Shopping Complex

The responsibilities for this role involves helping to advice, negotiate, research travel packages for clients and book needed ticket and or hotel reservations on their behalf to make their travel experience a seamless experience!

Requirement
�Must either live around Lekki Aja axis or have a relation who lives around there they can stay with during the week. Although one day out of five working days in the week, the employee is allowed to work from home.

�Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

�Attention to detail and ability to think on one’s feet and resolve issues.

Please note you would be trained how to do core ticketing and travel reservations, but you must know how to research, speak, write and take the Initiative to thrive in this role

Salary budget: 50k net
