Maybe Tinubu's presidency won't be so bad.
He will end banditry with cassava-fed youths.

Nigerian Techbros(mostly from SW) were supporting osinbanjo because he seemed like a liberalist and knew how to talk big grammar........ unfortunately for them it didn't go as planned. Tinubu has the support of the streets and he's a good friend of the Americans.

Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion nah

I understand it's his opinion......but that's also my opinion on his opinion. Most of these "technocrats", "Techbros" and Twitter influencers have this foolish arrogance about them, they seem to know what is best for nigeria simply because maybe they managed to have a successful career or know how to write some few lines of JavaScript.......If you ask Seun to name his candidate and critically compare it to that of tinubu you'd find out it would probably fall short. But because the person is articulate and has a way with words it means that he's qualified for leadership meanwhile osinbanjo has no track record and hasn't even won an election in his life..... anyways it's just people's opinions.

It's a mixture of intellectual arrogance and a disconnect with the real realities of the common nigerian on the street.

There’s nobody in this world who can run an online forum/platform filled with @ least 2million Nigerians of different ethnic groups, class, societal status and religion and free it from hate, fake news, tribalism and nepotism.
Nobody!

Then there's nobody that can fix nigeria of over 200million Nigerians of different ethnic groups, class, societal status and religion and free it from hate, fake news, tribalism and nepotism. If it's that hard to run a site that's probably not even up to 2million members when you consider the amount of multiple accounts, if it's that hard to improve on the moderation and modernization of the site that has had the same look since it's inception then image how governing nigeria would be far more difficult. If seun were to be running Nigeria it would be a reflection of how nairaland is currently run.
