To ALL YORUBAS

(1) Our desire for our separate independent sovereign Yoruba Nation, has become FULFILLED

(2) Know it, that our being a NATION on our own, from time immemorial, is the FOUNDATION for it.

(3) We have presented to the United Nations Organization, and to over 100 individual countries around the world, the FACTS concerning our being ONE PEOPLE,
ONE LANGUAGE,
ONE CULTURE,
ONE ETHNICITY,
ONE HISTORY,
ONE IDENTITY,
ONE NATION.

(4) The above are the things that define a NATION, and we NATURALLY FULFIL them.

(5) The World, the United Nations, and more than 100 individual countries have heard us, and they KNOW and ACKNOWLEDGE that we are a NATION on our own.

(6) We have also declared to the World, the United Nations, and to over 100 individual countries, that being a NATION on our own, having, naturally, satisfied all the attributes and CONDITIONS that make a nation to be a NATION, we have declared unambiguously to them, that, at THIS TIME, and HENCEFORTH, we choose to be SELF-GOVERNING as a sovereign NATION and COUNTRY of our own - the YORUBA NATION.

(7) The World, the United Nations, and over 100 individual countries that have been so informed, have taken notice of the FACT that we (the Yorubas) are a NATION of our own by LANGUAGE, and ETHNICITY, and HISTORY, etc., and that we have chosen, effective from Friday, 27th May, 2022, to be self-governing.

( Therefore, effective from THAT DATE, the YORUBA SOVEREIGN NATION stands!

(9) What remains now is for us to make the DECLARATION (public Declaration of the Sovereign Yoruba Nation) and thereafter start our own government.

(10) With respect to the above, our father and leader of this Yoruba Nation self-determination movement, Professor Banji Akintoye, will write a LETTER to the government of Nigeria, in due course, officially informing Nigeria that we, Yorubas, and Yorubaland, hereby declare our own sovereign nation and government.

(11) This letter to the government of Nigeria is for the purpose of officially INFORMING them; it is NOT to take permission from them.

(12) Knowing the type of government that Nigeria has, we are currently working behind the scenes to ensure that sequel to the Declaration and the Letter to the government of Nigeria, we shall be able to curtail whatever negative plans they may have.

(13) With respect to this, and while we await the official DECLARATION by Professor Banji Akintoye, we enjoin all Yorubas to be aware of, and to take cognizance of the following:

(i) SECURITY is of utmost importance at this point!

(ii) Secure your house, your immediate neighborhood, your village, your hamlet your street, your town/city.

(iii) As soon as Professor Banji Akintoye makes the DECLARATION, all our BORDERS in Yorubaland (borders between us and non-Yoruba neighbours MUST BE SECURED. That is, the BOUNDARIES of our land - Yorubaland - must be SECURED against external aggression from external forces - that is, EXTERNAL TO YORUBALAND.

(iv) That is, KNOW THAT, effective from 27th May, 2022, we are NO MORE part of Nigeria, and the official DECLARATION to that effect will be made soon/any time from now. But SECURE our land! - for obvious reasons

(v) Those living in Lekki, Ajah, Banana Island, etc are ESPECIALLY informed that they MUST NOT be complacent with regards to SECURITY. Don't think of yourself alone - you are not safe while you still have those Fulanis in your compound! Information reaching us, says that the Fulanis being harboured in those places, relative to the actual owners of property, is a ratio of 8:1. (!) This is staggering. You are advised to DISENGAGE your Fulani security men and other Fulani domestic staff of yours immediately! The Fulanis kill those who are closest to them and with whom they have been "most" friendly prior to their dastardly acts! They have no true friends! Don't trust them! You have been informed! Please, secure yourself and secure Yorubaland.
