Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has encouraged women to walk away from a man who does not value their natural bodies rather than get cosmetic surgery.

Any man who looks down on a woman because of her physique, according to the thespian, does not deserve her. She went on to say that while some women pretend to enhance their bodies for their men, the truth is that they do so simply to please themselves and make them appear beautiful in revealing clothing.

She went on to clarify that there are a variety of approaches to dealing with extra body fat and achieving the desired shape.

She went on to note that there are a variety of strategies to cope with extra body fat and achieve the form one desires, and that regular exercise has helped many individuals lose weight.

"Any man who doesn't appreciate your body form is unworthy of you." The truth is that the majority of these women who get surgery are not doing it because of a man.
