When you discover your purpose of existence, you will enjoy life and live a happy life.

Drinking can give you a temporal joy.
Sex can give you an instant boost. Highest you do 3rounds, your body will still come down.
Smoking can give you mental diversion. It can eventually turn to forever addiction.

Purpose matters. When you discover it, you will not live your life anyhow. For instance, if you love helping people no matter how the circumstances, you will always feel happy and fulfilled. The truth is "problem no dey finish" .....but you just have to live a purposeful life.

Ask yourself this ; why am I here on planet Earth? The answer would be a pointer to your enjoyment in life.

There are a lot of enjoyment like sight seeing, adventures, intelligent discussions with sound mind and lots more. Weed and alcohol is bad to u health

Enjoyment is different for different people

Go mountain hiking

Try swimming

Or cook a very exotic food

Another one is nature watching.it is actually thrilling
