I am into drop shopping with jumia which I just started early last month , orders were coming in thick and fast and I was fulfilling them before their stipulated deadline, now the first batch of Payments of which jumia is supposed to pay me after ripping me off with exhortant commissions and charges yet I wasn't bothered about it after waiting for 3 weeks which is there so called policy for new stores opened yet have not been paid for the orders delivered which the end user have paid jumia the money for them to pay me is now a big issue .
My due date was 8th June to be paid but to my greatest surprise nothing was done I have raised claims after claims only for them to tell me that there's a negative balance on the store due to a return made a customer, now simple arithmetic deduct the negative balance and pay out the balance is now a big issue for to pay .
Now got a mail from them saying that they will pay me on the 20th of June 2022 ,which to me is totally absurd because does not have the good intention of small vendors to thrive and prosper .
your commissions per goods sold is outrageous, yet you will charge but the seller and the buyer shipping fees , we will still buy your packaging materials, jumia will charge one for orders they cancel on their own , charge you for failed delivery so in all how does want small vendors to grow and continue doing business with them ?
kindly me my money for the orders I have fulfilled
