Most of his achievement are at grass root level. Education, health care, rural roads, support for SMEs, Industrialization. UNDP and Bill gates foundation gave him awards as best governor on Millennium development goals. He started urban infrastructure towards the end of his tenure. Agulu lake resorts, Onitsha hotel, three shopping malls. Anambra moved from number 26 to number one in WAEC performance under him. The least indebted state with only 3 billion naira debt and 75 billion naira savings. Go and verify
