Do not be selfish and place yourself above procedures. If someone is coming with anything on him or her and observed that everyone is been searched, don't you think that could deter his/her intention. Please cooperate and do not allow pride or ignorance to reduce you.

That was a good development. Security of the church MUST be given thorough diligent. The Bible tells us that wisdom is profitable to direct. Only fools that doesn't apply wisdom in doing thing. It's wisdom to be security conscious like never before. Nigeria security architecture is broken and everyone is a suspect, including wife to husband, husband to wife, child to mother, mother to child, friend to friend and other groups.

You should be grateful that your church has put in place a security infrastructure such as the one you came across. Maybe what happened in the Catholic church at Owo wouldn't have happened if they had a security check point.



Seeing that you do not like this new development, you should consider moving base to a church without security checks.
