Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of bread and his core responsibilities
Opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, loading/offloading the oven and bagging of bread.
Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.

Skills Required:
Must be energetic and dedicated
Must be clean and organized
Must be analytical and a good Planner.

Background Requirement
Minimum of SSCE
Good experience in a structured confectionery industry
Applicant must be resident in Lagos Island

Salary Range
₦30,000 – ₦50,000
