Problem 1: Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is a condition where the plantar fascia, a ligament on the bottom of the foot that supports the arch, becomes inflamed.

Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis:

- Pain in your heel or arch of your foot

- Tenderness in your sole or heel after walking or standing for a long time

- Pain when you take your first steps in the morning.

Treatment 1: Compression Socks, Ice Baths and Anti-Inflammatories

This treatment is suggested for those who are experiencing inflammation and pain in the heel and foot.

The first step is to soak the foot in an ice bath, which will reduce the pain and inflammation. Next, apply compression socks to the foot and elevate it on a pillow or chair. The compression socks should be worn for at least one hour after icing to maintain reduced swelling.

Problem 2: Ingrown Toenails

Ingrown toenails are nails that have grown into the skin, which then causes pain and inflammation.

Ingrown toe nails can be caused by a variety of reasons, such as shoes that are too tight or socks that don't come up high enough. But the most common cause is wearing shoes without socks.

Ingrown toe nails are often caused by tight shoes or not wearing socks when you wear shoes. The nail will grow into the skin and cause pain and inflammation.

Treatment 2: Ingrowing Toenails Removal Procedure With Drying Agent Application to Reduce Infection Risk

Ingrown toenails are painful and can lead to infection. The risk of infection is reduced by applying a drying agent after the procedure.

The first step in treating ingrown toe nails is to soak the feet in warm water for 10 minutes.

The next step is to use a nail file or emery board to gently file down the edges of the nail that are sticking out.

After filing down the nail, apply a drying agent such as alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to help prevent infection.

Problem 3: Achilles Tendonitis

Achilles tendonitis is the inflammation of the achilles tendon, which connects the calf muscles to the heel. It is most often caused by overuse, and it can be brought on by tightness in the calf muscle or weakness in the foot.

The main symptom of achilles tendonitis is pain in and around the achilles tendon. The pain may be worse when you first start to walk or stand up after sitting, and it may get better with continued activity.

The most common causes of Achilles Tendonitis are:

- Overuse: Too much exercise or too many activities can cause your muscles to tighten, putting more stress on your Achilles tendon. This can lead to inflammation (swelling) and pain in your Achilles

Problem 4- Fungal Infections on Feet or Ankles

Fungal infections are caused by the fungus that thrives in warm and moist environments. Fungi can thrive on your skin and nails, fingernails, toenails or hair. You might not notice these infections until they’ve gone untreated for a long time.

Fungal infections are difficult to get rid of because they can spread to other parts of your body like your lungs, brain or heart. In some cases, a fungal infection can even lead to death if left untreated.

If you have any skin condition that lasts more than two weeks, it’s best to consult with a doctor.
