A Reputable School on the Island with a Crèche, Nursery and Primary School, offering both Nigeria and British curriculum is seeking to employ the following:
School Administrator

The roles of the School Administrator include but are not limited to the following:
I. Overseeing, coordinating and performing day-to-day school administration functions.
II. Assess children’s needs and development.
III. Closely follow regulatory requirements and ensure the school is up-to-date with regulatory agencies
IV. Prepare and maintain student records and ensure that they are updated regularly.
V. Develop where necessary and oversee weekly lesson plans, activities and class setups with other teachers.
VI. Provide support in new staff orientation and office staff training.
VII. Administer first-aid during emergencies and follow up with school medical consultants.
VIII. Assist parents with school registration and admission procedure.
IX. Any other responsibilities assigned to the person.

Qualification
a. A minimum of 2 years School Administration Experience
b. Minimum qualification of NCE. Higher qualifications may be an added advantage.
c. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
d. Good computer literacy skills – Ability to use Microsoft packages.

Preschool Teachers

The preschool teachers will be responsible for monitoring and teaching 2 -5 years old children in our program, developing lesson plans drawn from our curriculum that children will respond to positively and partnering with our team members to enhance the learning environment at our school.

Qualification: B.Ed, B.A, B.Sc, B.Tech, NCE or PGDE
 Establish and enforce rules of behaviour for children in their classrooms
 Provide basic needs for children
 Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
 Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
 Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
 Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals

Note: Candidates must be ready to resume first week in July

Primary School Teachers

The primary school teachers will be responsible for monitoring and teaching primary school children in our program, developing lesson plans drawn from our curriculum that children will respond to positively and partnering with our team members to enhance the learning environment at our school.

Qualification: B.Ed, B.A, B.Sc, B.Tech, NCE or PGDE
