changed all spark plugs, coil and serviced injectors and also change maf

my meco advised that at this point change of engine is the only option left.

since u ve done all dis and no solution why not try and run engine cylinder compression test.

What was done before all these problem started did anyone work on the car and what did they fix

Thank you all, I finally had to replace the engine after so much trouble shooting and no solution.

Guess this w211 engine is problematic, from my research it is usually not rebuild able. Once it loses pressure that's it. This is the second one ghosting me in less than 1year.
from my mechs to part guys in ladipo, to my electrical guy everybody advised on trying to fix it as it was a journey into futility .
I even had another brain box programmed on it, still gave same error code.

I guess you mean the M272 engine.
W211 refers to the chassis for the E-class from 2002 - 2009.

It's the same thing with all Benz. Just look for a good octane booster and the misfiring will cease

Old luxury cars aren't worth it in my opinion.The money and the attention it takes from you is just something else.
I'd advise the op to get rid of it if he can.
